Bad, bad service from Old Mutual
Please refer to my complaint 12/01/2021. I lost thousands because of the incompetence of Old Mutual. As I was retrenched and over the age of 55, I was told that my policy could pay out. I only found out later that my policy was surrendered, something that I never asked for. The broker at Brooklyn also never informed me that the policy will be surrendered. I really lost a lot of money because of this.
