Bad bad service

My late husband had an investment policy with Old Mutual for years. And he passed on in 2019 March, but he told me about the money when he got very ill. He even gave us contact for his financial adviser Mr. Rakoma in Polokwane branch who promised that the money will be received within 21days but nothing. When we contacted him he started ignoring our calls. I went to old mutual head office in sandton with my daughters as I'm a Pensioner and spoke to Mr. Merlin Govender who promised to assist, and gave us his details including his celphone number. Surprisingly when we tried to call him he ignored our calls and even ignored our messages. I plea with old mutual to give me my money as I'm only relying on my pension at the moment, which is not enough for my chronic medication and other needs. My husband was a hardworker even on his last days and always took care of me. He wouldn't want to see me suffer like this for what is entitled to me. You can't treat old people like this old mutual. This is affecting me mentally and physically, I've been running around without any assistance. Please help me hello peter
