Bad bad service

<p>I have a retirement investment with old mutual which was supposed to be paid out already but I am still waiting. I turned 55 years of age on the 16th of November and spoke to my Banker Charles and forwarded all the paperwork and was advised that money will be paid to my account within 4 working days. I am still waiting and today marks exactly 13 days and I am still waiting. it's my Retirement , I have worked for all my life. when I asked my Banker he told me that the transaction was processed and they are still busy with Tax issues. how many days does it take for one to be taxed?</p> <p> </p> <p>What makes me more concern is that now I am receiving calls from people that want to port my number. The first time I received the call was the same day I was told that money will be into my account. and I spoke to Charles a few days back and an after that the same people called to port my number again. Shold I be worried ?</p> <p>Why am I not paid as yet from the 16th of November.</p>
