BAD BAD Service
We have been battling with Old Mutual to get a Retirement Annuity payout for my client since January 2021. The Recognition of Transfer was emailed to Old Mutual on the 25th of March 2021 and we have had no joy!!! Every time you call... Your call is important to us... 45 minutes later still no response... This goes on and on and on... I send email upon email upon email and get no response. This is pathetic.
