Bad bad investment and turn around time with old mutual.

I have been trying to get my investment out of this company now for a few weeks now. I put in a request online which is supposed to have to interaction with anybody but now I am forced to call the CENTRE. Only to be on hold forever and not speaking to anybody. This is frustrating to get my money.
