Bad bad experience 0/10 .. never referring anyone to Old Mutual

I am disappointed by the way my unnatural death claim was handled. I did a death claim on 6 September but to date I have not received the money.I have been send from pillar to post, submitting documents but nothing still. I am writing this with a broken heart,I cannot go to my own house out of fear that the people who lend me money to bury a child are threatening me,it's been over two weeks now promising them money. Old Mutual keeps saying they are working on it, for how long? Is this what Old Mutual has become?Do we have to bring corps inorder for you to pay?So all this things we read about Old Mutual are true? I am very much disappointed in your services. If I don't get my money today, I am not going home, people are waiting for their money. The staff at Thabong in Sebokeng unfortunately will have to spend the night with me, no one should touch me. I don't think anyone understands the pain of losing someone then instead of relying on your trusted insurance company they let you down. I am going to involve the media and I feel bad for the Thabong staff who gave their best because now unfortunately they are going to be dragged in this.
