Bad bad customer service!

Can ANYONE please assist with a query on my life insurance policy? I have sent emails but your consultants at service@ominsure and broker@ominsure is not interested in assisting at all... I have requested assistance on your X profile as well but to no avail! AND NO Afrikaans speaking people???????
