Bad bad bad service

My uncle passed away and they have stories when they are supposed to pay for his funeral cover ..my mom is being send from pillar to post and yet they were deducting . My mom took cover for his brother the consultant took wrong details now they want to under pay for something they did wrong . The so called senior at ghandi brand johannesburg had a nerve to tell my mom that shes making noise when she started asking questions. This means if we didnt have money he would still be in a mortuary and yet he had cover Such ppl shouldn't be dealing with people in the 1st place i trusted old mutual but now i have no doubt they are just robbing people and have under trained their staff. No sympathy or respect for elders sis...upon all this im told to wait for 15 days for thier own PI claim nxa
