Bad Bad Bad

I took a policy with Old Mutual, many many years ago. One evening, in 2019, I received an email, stating my policy was changed to paid up, and the money is being transferred into a account, which was not mine!! I faught for hours, preventing the money being ******!!! Which I managed to do. Now, x2 years later, I am still fighting a battle with Old Mutual, to have my policy reinstated, which is suppose to be my retirement money... For a policy that was ****** by **********, where Old Mutual did not check any FICA required documents. The mistake is 100% on the side of Old Mutual, and still the fight continues!!! This is very, very bad service, and I would not recommend any person to take any financial product with them, as you would struggle to get any reaction or help from them. I have been to their offices numerous times, sat on the phone for hours at an end, you just get nowhere with this company!!!
