bad attitude towards a customer

It was a day before yesterday when I went to old mutual for my application with one of their consultants. I met their receptionist who's name is Tracy from Chrishani baragwanath branch, I was on a hurry but I asked her if I should go straight to the guy, whom I made a business with him a while, due to limited documents I had at the time I had to come back, or if I should give my iD for verification, well she said I must hand over my ID which I did,<br> <br> What makes me sad, I ask her what is the name of the consultant, she rep**** \Tshepo Langa
