BAD ATTITUDE AND NON-REFUND
I HAD A POLICY WITH OLD MUTUAL AND NOW THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO REFUND BACK MY PREMIUM DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE PERSON COVERED HAS PASSED AWAY. I HAVE VISITED THEIR BRANCH SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING BUT BAD ATTITUDE, I HAVE BEEN MISLED AND TOLD I WILL NO LONGER GET MY PREMIUMS BACK
