Bad Attitude
Old Mutual advertised for policies for R160 per month. I tried to buy online but could not upload the identity documents of my two grandchildren and wife for whom I wanted to buy these policies. I went to the Old Mutual offices in Smith Street, Durban. Agents are not interested as the commission on these policies is minimal. I sent the documents to Old Mutual, but am disappointed that I have to date received no response
