Bad attitude

My Complaint is against KuilsRiver's branch manager - Lee-ann . Knowing for a fact that i have signed this contract how many times and that i had to come yet again and sign after i have signed the morning also , you knew that as a client , i was getting bad service. You still choose to let me sit in the Q , even when the consultant that helped me this morning wanted to help again you told him i must sit in the Q. Just because im came from another branch did not mean you had to treat me like that, I had a bad experience and you did not help to make it beter. I really think you suck when it comes to customer service and i Really hope you get trained beter. Because of you I think old mutual is all about money and not the peoples needs
