Bad attitude

As destraught as we are due to covid death ,after visiting 3 old mutual offices in port elizabeth,all closed.we tried our luck at their office in Govan Mbeki.The reception was so bad that i was talking to my sister that i am stressed .one of male consultants with dreaded hair said what does that have to do with them because they are offline.I said i am not talking to you,he just moved with attitude,telling us to sit down.it took us 30 minutes without being addressed whats gonna happen to us,until i approached the lady at reception who was minding her own business who told us there is only one consultants attending to claims.infact not even this lady was friendly with me,her face was not friendly.Their attitude really sucks
