BAD ASSISTANCE AND NO HELP
I need urgent assistance regarding my polices - any Old mutual financial advisers here that can urgently assist me? My polices are not growing as my premiums invested is more than my polices are worth? I called customer care about 6 times, financial advisers help line 4 times: someone will always call me back.....no one does (spend hours calling to them - they cut you off etc) sent several emails to customer care, complaints, lodged complaints via websites even copied the financial adviser they referred me two who did not assist me: still no one is resolving and assisting me.
I need help please.
