Bad and misleading communication!!!

Dear Old Mutual,

It is with extreme disappointment that I write this email.

I app**** for my provident fund payout following the liquidation of my previous employer, and to date, the service and communication from Old Mutual has been nothing short of unacceptable. The only progress I have been able to make has come from me personally following up week after week. At no stage has Old Mutual taken the initiative to update me on my claim.

Every single agent I spoke to provided conflicting information, which has wasted both my time and energy. After countless calls, I finally received an email from Luzette Wade — but since then, there has been no follow-up. To add insult to injury, the contact numbers listed in that correspondence do not even exist. For a company of Old Mutual’s stature, this is beyond ridiculous and entirely unprofessional.

I am demanding an urgent update on the status of my claim, along with a single point of contact who will be held accountable for ensuring this matter is resolved without further excuses or delays. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable, and if my matter is not resolved immediately, I will be left with no choice but to escalate it further through formal complaints channels and external regulators.

I expect a written response and concrete resolution by close of business today
