Bad and good experience

I am not happy with the service I got from Old Mutual Riverwalk in Potchefstroom, I went to make a claim and I was told to get some more documents, when I got back the Receptionist was so rude she made me wait again on the queue, even after explaining to her that I am returning for the second time. People like her put your company into a bad image, however I was assisted by a good lady called Lydia Mongane, she made feel at home
