Bad accommodation

I just lived in a old mutual block of flats in Northriding Elmers End . The worst rental experience in my life...you hot water charges sky rockets in a matter of months that's is if the boiler system is work you could be with out electricity for days on a regular basis..the security is absolutely useless you share the complex with many people who don't care about rules and if you complain nothing gets done about it so please stay away even if they promise you 6 months free rent.
