Backward Operation
I had a Retirement Annuity policy mature on the 1st March. I have not decided what to do with this policy so expected OM to invest it in a Interest bearing account until I issue them with an instruction. But, Nooo, not OM they are getting interest on my money, while it lies in the mature investment account with nothing. Last month I had a retirement Annuity mature with Momentum and they automatically put it into an interest bearing account until I give them an instruction. Well done OM, you just lost this investment going forward. I will no longer deal with a dinnosaur company that is backward in their operations
