AWOL regarding customer support

I am out of patience and also lost my faith in Old mutual its been more then a month ago I went to a Pretoria branch requesting a will... I am still unsuccessfully awaiting for finalization imagine I am forever asking feedback which till now still in the dark.. Worst of all everytime you go to a branch the only one person that is apparently dealing with Wills are not available so why bother with letting people to believe you are competent to assist people with a Will imagine when You die and your family must be guided by people like this... Very disappointing
