Awful service, lack of skills by staff and there is no drive to resolve queries
useless service, pathetic response by e-mail from call center staff, no common sense being app**** when doing investigation, cannot get through to the call center - and I've invested my money with these guys. I cant imagine how difficult its going to be to get it back.

11 Jan 2022, 10:24I've been contacted by one of your staff - thanks. I've done what was advised - ran into another problem whilst registering another profile on your secure service portal. I logged this and guess what - the agent "Siyasanga Bongelo" seems to have basically ( because it is just so easy to do) pushed me to the very same department where I started this ********** journey.
