Awful service

I have never come across this cruelty. My retirement annuity was approved due to my disability. They take their own time when processing payments. My kids are hungry. They ate the last tin fish yesterday. I even resorted to ask for credit at a ****a shop. If you think that old mutual will help you on time. FORGET IT.
