Awful service

Awful service. It takes more than a month to make a claim for a superfund. Opened a service request almost 2 weeks ago and not yet resolved. They don’t even respond to complaints when you open one. They don’t deserve even a one star rating. I am going to the pension fund adjudicator maybe they will help.
