Awful investment service I've ever had to experience

The service is bad. You give your money for investments, and when you want to disinvest, you wait and wait and two premiums later, you still waiting. No feedback, you call customercare, they say they will call you back the following day, and nothing still 3 weeks later. They tell you they have escalated, and 3 weeks later still no feedback. Do not put your money even if it is for the lowest degree of urgency. I am still waiting for my funds to today. Maybe till next year, who knows. Awful customer care/customer query processing.
