Awaiting refund for more than FIVE MONTHS.

Been contacting Old Mutual week in and out for a refund on premiums I paid double for two months. Everytime I get an sms to submit documents, I do so immediately. Days go by, when I phone I'm informed then there's no case or information available. Quite disappointing as one have no control over persal orders and debit orders over R500. Fighting this since August and we're in December already. Definitely not worth the risk if the actual funeral claims are gonna go on the same way
