Awaiting refund
Called and cancelled a pending life cover 3 weeks ago. Still waiting for my refund of the contributions made to this policy as my application was still pending. Even after i cancelled my policy i was still debited. I was informed thesw refunds will ne processed. Nothing received to date

14 Oct 2022, 05:18Please advise why i have only been refunded 1 premium. Documents for my pre existing condition were outstanding and this policy wasnt finalized. As mentioned in the attached acreen shot.. Please ensure that all premiums are refunded immediately.

Again, im referring to previous debits prior to the cancelation request.. Documents were outstanding for a pre exsisting condition meaning this policy wasnt finilised(as per sms received 26th September). So kindly refund all premiums paid. If not done i will take this to the ombudsman..
