"Awaiting pricing value"
How will it take for my funds to be transferred? Is this a 32 days investment plan? Why is there no transparency when we take out your investment plan. I am really fed up with the automated emails i receive from customer service whenever i enquire about my pay out. I mean the value is not even big but OM is failing to deliver the service they promised.

We apologise for the frustration caused in this regard. I have checked and find that the Call Centre rep**** to you on 7 February 2018 confirming the SLA and that another e-mail was sent yesterday confirming the status of the withdrawal.
I will call you directly to provide clarity in this regard.
