Awaiting positive feedback
I cancelled my life insurance policy with immediate effect before end January's debit order date for personal reasons. Yet, the debit order still went off. I requested Old Mutual to refund the debit order amount asap, but is yet to receive a response regarding the refund - all i get are sms's saying it has been cancelled as from 01.03.2025, only debit orders after this date will then be refunded. I sent follow up emails as well. I am not happy with this, especially about the fact that I sent the cancellation before the debit order date. Please will someone assist me asap.
