Awaiting payout for 3 weeks after cancellation

<p>Cancelled a policy 3 weeks ago. Had an issue with missing documents, resent the documents. Called to follow up and the documents were unallocated. I was then told that I will be paid on the next pay run which would be later that day. I'm still without payment and no one can tell me what's going on. Can someone please call me today and tell me when payment can be expected.</p>
