Avoid Old Mutual at all costs
A ****ty company with ****ty agents who commit ***** by opening *****ulent policies every chance they get. Good luck canceling those policies and getting your money back because they won't give it to you. Use other companies, don't trust Old Mutual, you will be sorry.

15 Sept 2025, 10:55I would believe your feigned sincerity if I didn't spend July, August and recently September begging you guys to send my refunds. I keep getting this rehe****d speech everytime I send an email. Then you guys took it a step further and opened another *****ulent policy in my name while I was trying to cancel an existing *****ulent policy. Your agents are currently at the top when it comes to committing *****. I don't know why they are not getting fired or getting sued by you guys so that they know that this is not okay. Other companies seldom do this, it's always Old Mutual that's a predator for people's hard earned money.
