Aunauthorised Debit

urgently please advise why was my account debited 4 times whereas I have only one debit order with old mutual. who gave you the right to debit my account on the 24th? Last month you accused me of not paying my premium, I gave you guys proof of payment ( banks statement) and you kept quite. urgently pay back the money that you debited on my account.

I sent emails and called with no success, there are better life insurances out there that are reliable and honest, if you don't want my business refund me
