Attitude

<p>i am an old mutual customer and have been for year, last year i was approved for a personal loan and have had other loans by them which i have never missed paying and have actually managed to seettle them way before the stipulated time frame. last month unfortunately due to financial contraints i had to reverse the debit orders. the ladies that works for old mutual that have been trying to get hold of me have no manners what so ever. what the hell gives them the right to call my employer and discuss my personal life? one month and you guys are hunting me like im the reason the titanic went down? unfortunately when they have been trying to get in touch with me ive been in meetings and was unable to answer my call but the coloured lady from CPT that i spoke to briefly was extremely rude and i do not appreciate it. at the end of the day i am a loyal customer to OLD mUtual and do not appreciate the way she handled the call and i will again hang up on her or anyone that thinks that just because we owe OLD mutual money then we are second grade, at the end of the day the exorbitant interest that we are being charged (and agree to) are the reason they have jobs.</p>
