Atrocious Service

I sent emails to Old mutual concerning my life policy almost a year ago, i got 1 response then rep**** again with more questions and they never bothered replying, i then emailed my financial advisor Remi Machelm and his manager ********** , got an out of office email saying Remi has left but didnt get an response from his manager. As a manager you should lead by example showing your staff how to deliver a service. Every month you people keep taking my money but not delivering a service to me
