Arrogant and Disrespectful Staff

Last Friday I went to your branch, to enquiry about your Money Plan. When I walk in there the receptionist was busy on her phone people were sitting on the chairs waiting to be help.The receptionist did not even notice that I was standing there to ask something. I left the branch. I have requested via the internet to be contact between 5-7 which there is a option for it. A lady phoned me I told her that I ask for between 5-7 cause I am working and cant talk on my cell during office hours.She told me but their are only working untill 5. Yesterday 18 June 2015 I went back to the branch. There was no other clients. I waited for the receptionist to furnished on her cellphone. She attented to me asking how can she assist me. There was 6 consultants. The first two ladies was busy, the guy was busy with his own things and talking to the receptionist. The other two ladies was busy discussing their salaries dates She called them and nobody responds, busy with own staff, waited again for 5 min again the receptionist is screaming guys customer, just carry own with own things and discussing, after 5 minutes I stood up and left. Why wasting money on good advertise but your services is pathetic.
