Arrogance

I opened a tax free account a while back and recently i wanted to do a partial refund but the app kept giving an error message saying invalid account number which is weird coz that's where they are debiting from.

I was sent the forms to fill in and i decided to cancel my investment all together and sent through all the documents but here i am getting a reply from one of the consultants by the name of Uneeb Parker

The email says the account type i selected does not correspond with the amount type mentioned on the bank confirmation letter, which is true and i didn't even see that then the email just ends with kind regards.

The email is pure arrogance coz why isn't there a solution of the error i made such as, you need to fill in another form or something so he/she is waiting for me to ask so what happens next which is now time consuming coz i need to wait for another responds which will take time.

I then called in and a lady assited me but I'll never recommend old mutual to anyone. You will hold for 15 - 20 minutes while the voice over is saying your call will be answered in 2 minutes, with consultants that don't care and yet its my money.
