Arrogance and rudeness of Thandiso of Old Mutual in Cape Town

Phoned this morning from my cellphone spoke with Thandiso at payroll at the Cape Town branch. She was so unhelpful, confrontational, arrogant and rude. She continuously spoke over me not giving me a chance to speak and fully explain the reason for my call. My call concerned the confirmation of a bank change for pension deposit. Because of her attitude I requested to speak with her manager. Instead she cut the call. I phoned again and asked her if she can’t call me back because I was calling from my cell phone and had no more airtime. She was so rude and arrogant telling me I must go buy airtime and call her back. Is this the caliber of people employed at Old Mutual to assist clients. As ambassadors and the face of the company her arrogance, rudeness and unprofessionalism is sure to result in corporate reputation damage.
