Are you that disperate that you will open an account for someone who is cutting ties with you without her consent

My wife cancelled her investment with oldmutual at Westgate and she was requested to go and get a bank statement. After the effort to get same, she was given an card and was advised that she can use it if she wishes so, but no, actually a money account was opened without her knowledge. To make things worse the amount of her investment were deposited into that same account and amount of R30 was deducted from here savings. Are you that desperate to have your money account taken up by people. Do market you product and stop opening accounts on people's names without their consent or even informing them that you opening one. How is she to withdraw that money? without even a pin number. We want that R30 reversed and this account closed.
