Are you even open for business??

When I see the amount of negative reviews you have, I can only wonder how you are still in business! So let me add my negative review... I've tried 3 times today to get hold of someone; anyone at Old Mutual. Only to eventually get told "I'll get someone to call you back". The call gets discontinued by the consultant and I call back, hold for ages only to get told, "We can't access that information". So what can you do then? Or has everyone just given up offering any sort of service? And.....who am I sending my invoice to for time wasted and telephone calls?

Anyway, long story short, you have been talking funds (by way of compulsory deductions thanks to SA law) every month for what was then known as the Old Mutual Orion Provident Fund at a company I worked at. Law also states that not all those funds can be withdrawn on resignation or retrenchment etc, so... you are still sitting somewhere with the funds that legally couldn't be withdrawn. I don't have a problem with that, but want to know where the money is. I have never heard from you again, apart from the first days of my employment when you were all too happy to get a signature. I want to know where is the policy now, and also want a copy of the documentation for it. So one day when I don't have to hold for over 18 min at a time while you have "high call volume", or everyone is "unavailable" or there is someone who CAN access the information, kindly contact me so we can see how well the funds I was forced to leave behind have been performing.
