APPRECIATION FOR A QUICK POSITIVE RESPONSE.

I write this review to commend Old mutual, I feel that I will be doing an injustice if I dont appreciate a quick, friendly and professional response followed by a review I posted last week Thursday about my dissatisfaction. I dont know what to say but am so impressed on that same day a response came back that a manager was to handle my case, On Monday I got an email that the policy was being cancelled shortly after all in one day I received my full refund, am amazed. Wow!! Thank you so much. I have been with this company since 2006 or so , but ********* are trying to dent such a good company. Big ups OLD MUTUAL. U are d best.
