Appauling - OLD MUTUAL
Appauling client care service from OLD MUTUAL! The call center hangs up on you and emails go unanswered for months. This is all because they refuse to cancel and transfer an RA to a different service provider. Reason for the move to a different service provider is because of their disgusting disregard for paying clients. For peace of mind, DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY WITH OLD MUTUAL!!! You will live to regret it. They will not release your funds, instead unauthorised debits will keep happening!
