Appauled

Really , really unhappy with their disability division. Ive been trying to cancel my policy for about 3 months and they still decuct monthly premiums. Its just crazy , no one replies to emails , broker apears to have no luck...what do i do? I just cant believe a company like OM would be SO unprofessional in their conduct and 'service'.
