Appalling service from old mutual
Made a claim from superfund the very next day they send they had received it and were processing my claim. Then they said they were waiting for tax clearance which would take 3to 5 days.. I haven't been able to track my claim. Nobody is able to communicate when i should expect that money. I'm disappointed the i have semt countless emails and called and it seems like nobody knows anything. I was told ot should take 15 days and well I'm still waiting for that... They should fact check their information before making empty promises

07 Apr 2025, 16:13I still haven't received my money. You're service has been nothing but absent to say the least. Absolutely nothing has been done i still haven't received my money and i still don't know when i will yet the turn around time has come and gone. Still receiving bull**** excuses instead of it being sorted out. Literally who can i talk to now cause I've been through every department and they all failed.... It's so ****in irritating investing money but when you have to get it you get given the run around.
