Appalling service

I went to old mutual orange farm brunch to enquire about my policy but I left with no assistants. There was only two clients in the brunch but I was told to wait for the other client to be assisted while the other agents were busy on their phones and others went in and out the brunch. I ended up living the brunch without any assistant.
