Appalling service

I got a payout from Old Mutual Superfund in March 2022 but apparently Old Mutual did not declare the lump sum payment to Sars although it appears on my IPR5 form. When I tried to do my Tax returns, Sars rejected it 3 times citing the fact that the lump sum payment has not been declared to them. I then Old Mutual explaining this situation and then I got a response from Ronald Chetty of Old mutual with the same attachment of the IRP5 form and his closing statement was that 'Shloud I have further querries I should deal with Sars directly. I then went to Sars today and they told me that Old Mutual has still not uploaded the declaration of my lump sum payment on their system and they referred me back to Old Mutual saying that its incumbent upon Old Mutual to rectify that error and upload the necessary documentation on the Sars system but Old Mutual is washing its hands and because of that I cant submit my Tax returs to Sars because there is still outstanding informatio from Old Mutual.
