Appalling Service

Appalling service at Old Mutual Protea Glen by Simon Selitisha, no passion in his work. After changes I made he tells me he can't tell me my new premium, can't email me the new schedule & cannot print. Working for the insurance industry as well I'm so disgusted of how this Simon treated me as im always compassionate towards my clients. I'm even cancelling all my policies won't be treated as such.
