Appalling service

<p>Once again we have received appalling service from Old Mutual. My husband is trying to claim 2 policies that are in his late mothers name. He is the sole heir to her estate and the policies have matured. He has been sent from from one point to another for the claims. My husband eventually went to Sanlam as the executors of his late mother's will. Sanlam put us on the phone with an Old Mutual consultant by the name of Henry Ntotoba who was very difficult and not willing to go the extra mile for my husband. My husband asked Henry for an email with the list of documents required for the claims to be paid out, but he said he does not send emails since he is in a call center. My husband then asked to speak to his superior and Henry was not willing to put him through. We eventually left Sanlam without any information regarding the documents needed for the claims from Old Mutual. It is not the first time we are experiencing difficulty with Old Mutual when it comes to claims. This is shocking and I would like this matter addressed immediately.</p>
