Appalling Service

I am so appalled at the service I am getting from Old Mutual.

From the very beginning I was told that my situation is a bit different due to the fact that the claim in old. I get that.

I have now called in EVERYDAY since the end of Jan and sent my paper work YET, i am YET to receive feedback that the documents have even been received .

I was told my Mogamat Harris that someone would call or at least email me and that he can assure me that this all would be finalized by Tuesday (today)

No one called and today is Tuesday and NOTHING!!!
