Appalling Service

22/12/15 I went to the OMF branch in Grand Parade to apply for a loan, I was assisted by Gamieda who was very helpful and professional. She checked on the system and informed me that she will not be able to help me because the system shows that i have exceeded the number of loans that can be offered, I then informed her that OMF debited my account and they recieved the final payment that was due on my loan. She checked again and even called another lady who checked and confirmed that the reason for the delay is that the payment is not reflecting and the credit bureaus have not been updated, I was told to wait until today and i will get a call back today to inform me if there are any changes on the system today. I didnot get a call back so i sent an email asking for feedback and Gamieda called me stating that the bureaus are still not updated and it will take a further 3 days. My question is how is it my problem that some *********** person has forgotten to do their job?? I need this money before Christmas<br> <br> Your prompt response will be highly appreciated
