Appalling customer service

Poor service from my new financial adivisor. i have been waiting for over a month for assistance with my accounts and still nothing. I cancelled my regular payments to my tax free account and was still debited at the end of the month and yet, that is not reflected in "my portfolio". The financial advisor assigned to me is of no help whatsoever. i just want all my money back and to cancel my accounts with Old mutual.
