Appalling communication
Old Mutual has been really impossible to communicate with. If it's not being on hold for over 30 min to speak to a consultant, its no responses to emails. I have been waiting for my Superfund cash payout and even received a call from an agent checking my info on 17 May, telling me I would have my money latest 25 May, yet still I wait! Even my sister who left her former employment a MONTH after me received her payout a week ago, and I sit still waiting on an email response, call or smoke signal - to find out the status of my claim! I would NEVER recommend it to anyone!
